Hacked?

Yes, I sent a message some days ago wondering why it says that I am no longer backed by Ebays' money back guarantee.

I just decided to check my payment methods and noticed that there are 2 credit cards listed that are not mine. I deleted one but the other one is till there.  I
didn't know if I should leave it and have Ebay check it out or should I delete it? I changed my password just now.  That is why I think that it keep telling me that I am no longer backed by Ebay's money back guarantee.  I have never tried to use Ebay's money back guarantee until last week.  I don't know what to do.  Thanks
