I ALREADY CANCEL THE SALE, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A MESSAGE THAT THE ITEM IS SOLD AND I HAVE TO SHIP IT TO THE BUYER. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT IN PERSON THE CUSTOMER CARE ON EBAY, SO IF ANYBODY CAN HELP I THANK YOU

I don't see that you have sold anything under this user ID. Did you cancel the sale as Out of Stock/damaged?

Yes I cancel the sale with the reason damaged and out of stock, but I also don't see as CANCELLED
