Why did eBay change their packing slip from one that used about a third of a sheet of paper to one that uses two thirds? I used to print the packing slip and shipping label on one sheet. Now I have to use two sheets. Ebay has doubled my printing costs.
I don't know how typical it is for sellers to do this to save paper. Maybe some print two packing slips per sheet.
Let's say that one out of every 200 sales on eBay is from a seller who does this and now is forced to use an extra sheet of paper. Ebay has 2 billion sales a day. If one out of 200 sales uses an extra sheet of paper due to the new format, eBay has just increased paper costs and usage by TEN MILLION SHEETS OF PAPER EVERY DAY!
