Yesterday ebay charged me for an item withinin 1 hour of auction 's ending and used my main adress as recipient. Problems: 1 the seller offered me combined s/h and I was actively bidding on his other listings and 2. subject item(s) are Christmas gifts going to other legit addresses in my ebay etc file...Has ebay changed policy re payments? I'm at a total loss and have not received replies from ebay about this situation...thanks for any help/suggestions...
