I bought an item...I wanted to return it...
the seller asked to send it directly not through eBay so I 'd have to pay the shipping, gave to me all the informations...found that strange but did as requested...you can see their request on my messages..
NOW...they said they never get the package , even that USPS said delivered...
So they have not refunded my $400...
And Ebay doesn't want to step in because I did not use eBay return shipping label...
What should I do...?
PLEASE HELP..NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE...VERY WORRIED...
IF THEY DID THIS TO ME...SO THEY PROBABLY DID IT TO OTHERS...

@ducliao This what you need to do.
If you paid using PayPal file a return request on Paypal using the same tracking number that shows delivery back to the seller.
Follow all of the steps. Do not let it time out. Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller has not refunded you a few days after tracking shows delivery. If you are returning an item to a country that does not have 1st class delivery confirmation you MUST use Priority Mail.
File the claim here https://www.paypal.com/disputes/
If you did not use PayPal then contact your bank or credit card and report that you returned an item and have proof but have not received a refund.
