When you go to print your shipping labels, is the charge coming from your payouts or from Paypal?
If you have incorrect label charges, you should have cancelled/void the labels. You have 28 days from printing the label to do so. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined your label was never used.
