HELP Fire Risk Item

Help please  I purchased 2 x 4 gang switched extension lead  a few weeks apart from each other.  The first that I purchased actually caught light and done damage to my property wall socket as well.  The seller said he would refund but he still hasn't and he was also sneaky on replying to the 2nd I  purchased which I haven't even used for my bedroom yet. Obviously there is no way I will ever use it, because the other one caught light a few days back.he is drawing his heels. So can I claim refunds for both items. As there is no way I will even use the unused one, don't want risk or worry.   So need help here please because February and  March of this year is when I purchased them.

Also have photos but not sure how to add.

Thank you

since it is past the 30 day return period for ebay, you need to open a case thru PayPal or your credit card company, whichever way you paid

HELP Fire Risk Item

Thank you stuff4divas,  I'll do that refund wise.  But how do I deal with the extension lead issue as this seller has pictures  of the damage it caused. I am at home all time so was dealt with quickly.  He is still selling them,  yes it might be that  just that one was faulty but if it is a design issue,  it's worrying in total extension was used  in total  usage time about 100 hours  and it caught light  in the plug  melting plug  and leaving a  pin melted into my counter top  socket.   I'm am in a adapted property so all my sockets are high up for ease of use
