Guest order never came and when i try to access order deatils, i get error message

I ordered something as a guest. It was marked delivered a week ago. It did not come. I have tried to track the package and it just sends me an error message saying the info can't be retrieved. I try to view order details and it says the same thing. 

I cannot even follow ebay channels to solve it because when I try, I still end up at the page where it says that it is not available.

Anyone, please help.....thank you in advance

For help with a guest purchase, you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
