Guarantee Authenticity

You let people or Companies sell a product called Temprid FX, But they don't deal on eBay with Any Guarantee of authenticity, How is this safe? And aren't you subject to being responsible For a Product sold as one thing and Not meeting the Product not Being the Product  You let be listed as Temprid FX? To me the seller should have to Note As this Equall to or not To the Product it is being Sold as......Thank you Waiting on a response.

We don't  let companies do anything because you aren't  talking to eBay.  The boards here are between members to other members. 

Have you read the Money Back Guarantee in the listing. if it's  not as described return it. 

Sellers aren't allowed to sell fakes.
