As long as you are not offering to ship directly to a buyer internationally then the items that qualify will have EIS shipping.
The following requirements apply to items shipped through eBay International Shipping:
Items are physically located in the US and listed on eBay.com
Items are eligible for export and the cost doesn't exceed $2500 USD
Packages should not exceed:
44 lbs. billable weight for every country except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)
48 inches in length, 118 inches in length + girth (Girth = 2 x width + 2 x height)
There are also category restrictions that you can see on this page:
@case310350. The Global Shipping Program was discontinued and replaced with the eBay International Shipping Program. Don't confuse it with seller direct international shipping, I think that the name is a bit confusing.
Similar restrictions on package sizes etc but better seller protection since eBay refunds buyers for all EIS Money Back Guarantee refund requests out of their pocket, even not as described refunds.
You have a lot of large items. That's why it doesn't apply to those listings but it does to your smaller items.

On a computer go to the shipping tab. You'll see a list of countries that the item ships to. Or if you click on the drop down for countries you can select a country and see how shipping will cost.
Like I said though the large items won't qualify.
