I have a international buyer from an approved country who wants to purchase an item. They state Global Ship Program isn't an option. As the Seller, I've looked at the listing and it states the Global Ship Program is active for that listing.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this so the buyer can purchase the item through the Global Ship program?

I went to that listing and clicked on the SHIPPING & PAYMENTS tab, so I could change my location to Australia, but that country is not in the drop-down list. Then I looked up and I saw this:
Shipping to: United States, Canada, Bahamas, Uruguay
That is why your buyer cannot purchase those bolts. You will need to add Australia to your list of countries you will ship to.

I looked at the 3 listings that closed today, and all 3 use the Global Shipping Program. It is possible that the buyer's country doesn't allow import of the item. What is the item number and the buyer's country?

Thank you for responding. The item number is 402978085981 and they are Original Ford engine head bolts for a 429CJ motor. So, bolts or maybe it is used bolts that are being denied. The buyers country is Australia. Thanks

Thank you for the reply. I went to the shipping on the listing and No Countries are excluded and don't have a clue how those three countries are the only ones listed. I don't see where I can check a block to "include all countries" or even where certain countries were check, just a section to "exclude" which I don't have any excluded.

I decided simply to create a new listing and since I couldn't figure out how to change the countries that were excluded and the new listing automatically excluded all of those countries. According to eBay Chat customer service rep, all of those countries exclude used bolts in their customs documents therefore eBay automatically applies those rules to the countries I can ship to based on the item description. Who Knew.
