When I established my eBay Store I established a global promotion of "Free Shipping on Orders of $150 or More" As a result each buyer sees this as well as a calculator that tells them how close they are to the $150 goal.
I know want to modify this promotion, but unfortunately I can not find where to make the modification.
I have tried Markdown Manager and Promotion Manager but did not see anything leading me to what I want to do
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in locating this option.
