Giving Ebay credits to another buyer user

I have Ebay credits on my account, and I was thinking of giving them to a friend who also uses Ebay as a gift. Is there any way I can transfer the credits to someone else (another user)?

No, just have them tell you the item number they want to buy so you can buy it for them

Ebay credits come from refunds of the fees you paid to ebay when you sold something and it didn't work out with the buyer.

You can't use those credits to buy items. Just have the money go back to your checking account and give your friend the cash.
