I sent a brand new, very expensive Lego set ($325) as requested by the buyer by UPS via the eBay set up. No additional insurance was requested, but I thought at lease $100 was included. UPS (their fault) delivered the set to the wrong address (wrong state!) and now I am trying to recoup some of the value based on their automatic insurance coverage. Each time I try to make a claim via the UPS website, it says "Unfortunately, your claim cannot be submitted at this time. Please contact the shipper who requested that you submit this claim for further assistance. [UPS:E022]" I am the shipper and the buyer got a full refund. How do I submit my claim for the $100 coverage?!?
