Getting help on items that didn't arrive?

Hi, I have two items that haven't arrived but don't show up on the list of items that I can select from to report to ebay yet they do appear in my purchase history and show as undelivered?  I can't seem to find any way to communicate with a person at ebay to get this resolved, it seems like I waited too patiently before reporting?  Any advice welcomed.  Thanks Chris

Getting help on items that didn't arrive?

Hi Chris,

It sounds like you’ve waited quite a while—do you know if you're still within eBay’s reporting window? Usually, you can report an item 30 days after the estimated delivery date but not later than 60 days from purchase. If you’re past that, eBay may not let you open a case.

If the option to report is missing, try reaching out to the seller directly. Some sellers might offer a refund or reship, even if the official window has closed. If they don’t respond, go to eBay’s help page, select "Contact Us," and try to get a chat or call option under "Item not received." If that doesn’t work, try selecting "Returns & Refunds" instead—it sometimes brings up live support.

If eBay won’t assist and the seller is unresponsive, you can still check with PayPal or your bank about disputing the charge. If you paid by credit card, you might have extra protection through your bank’s chargeback process.
