Getting emails from ebay

I'm getting emails saying that my package that I ordered and received in September is coming again.  Like I re-order books that I've already received.  Why would I want the exact same books??????  Then when I check my order history it does NOT show that I've re-ordered them so I want to talk to ebay and asked why I'm getting these emails.  ALSO I was told ebay would call me but that never happened!  AND that help text thing you offer is a joke - evidently it does NOT have the capability to read!!!!
