I am beyond upset and frustrated. ebay says seller pays return shipping because they stated they would...then they say take action which has me paying..then they said they will provide a free return shipping label and that they will pay...then technical problems and try again ..this has been going on for 2 days. the item needs to be returned but it's the principle of the matter. the item sent was stated that it does not fit...then I explained it was missing a key component, a bracket that was sold with the item and not seperately in order for it to be installed.I even sent the information from the manufactand stating what I said...hense it doesn't fit because it needs the bracket to make it fit. Do you have an answer..I can't seem to contact ebay so that they could call me. I am so upset about this.. Please help

Did you open a Return Request selecting "Doesn't Fit" as the reason? If so, that's the problem and why you pay for the return. You should have selected "Item Not as Described" for a missing or broken part, then the Seller pays for the return.

Item doesn't fit is not covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, so buyer would pay for return shipping if the seller accepts returns.
