Getting Started Selling

What are the steps l need to take to begin selling on EBay. It’s a lot of reading and I’m not good at comprehending what l read. I just need simple directions.  Is there any hope and help for me?

Ebay is pretty complicated for the seller who only wants to  deal with simple sales.
