Getting More Views on my Items and Anyone else having some bad Buyers recently?

Hey Everybody,

We had a couple questions that we wanted to ask the community about and get your intake on things. The first thing is what is a good way to get more views? We have seen our view count ranging from 0-4 on average and some (like our DVD we're selling, Freedom Writers) that are over 100 views in the past 30 days. We promote our listings that are $5.00 and up but don't see much success. We do have some unique items but we also have a lot of commons too. We even went and did our store front up (we're just missing the banner and a video which we are probably not going to do). We have even tried sales and sometimes they work, other times like our current promotion is Buy 3 Get 1 Free on all $1.99 titles and not have one sale. We have people watching them but not purchasing any. So we feel like we have run out of ideas on views.

The other question is has anyone been having trouble with some buyers recently? We have 3 of them that act like they have amnesia and totally forget everything. Examples, The first buyer was given an estimated delivery date by Ebay but it failed to reach them on the date as it was "in transit arriving late" status. Buyer opened a case, we explained that Media Mail can take some time to reach you. Buyer accuses us of "forcing" them to use Media Mail, we explained that we offer Media Mail, First Class and Priority Mail. We also explained that in the listing with Media Mail that it can take anywhere between 2 - 5 weeks to receive your item as it's the slowest but cheapest way. Buyer then changed their tune saying that he understood that was in the listing but we still made him choose it for $3.65 (which is actually a deal for a box set). Buyer then threaten that he is to receive his item by Monday or he was getting a refund. Luckily, I had some time until Wednesday of that week for the item to show movement. The item then showed up being delivered to buyer on Monday. Buyer sent a message saying they received their item and they were happy. They then left their feedback stating that we made them pick Media Mail and it took 15 days to arrive and we got a "B-" rating. We replied to the feedback as best as we could to explain our side. Another buyer who was international received their item damage, we explained to the buyer to contact Ebay (as it was done through their Global Shipping Program). Because we are  not sure if it got damage from us to Ebay or Ebay to the buyer. So the buyer complained that they would have to open a claim for the $5.00. They left a positive feedback stating "Lazy packing and unprofessional customer support" basically. I know we shouldn't complain because it was a positive but it's just a little odd. We have also gotten buyers that have their items show that they were physically delivered, and write us saying "I know it says delivered, but I never got it. Can I have a refund?" Don't get us wrong, we love our buyers 100% but there are just some that we can't understand. Anyone else have these issues or something similar?

Thanks for your time and reading my post.
