Getting Items Stamped as Top Rated

Hey! So I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to get my listings  stamped as TOP RATED. I'm ranked as a Top Rated Seller Already, I provided 1 Day Handling Time, and 30 Day returns. Am I missing something? This is the only info I have been able to find on it. Thank you!

You need to offer free 30 day returns to get the TRS+ seal and the 10% discount on final value fees.

Thank you for the reply. I have 30 day returns as well as one day handling on all my items, but it still says zero of my items qualify for TRS+

You need 30 day free returns for TRS+.  You have the buyer pays shipping on returns.

Offering returns is not enough, they need to be Free Returns.
