Game codes

So I sold my Spiderman early access code to someone but they thought it was the game. They waned a return but I told them that in good faith I can't take it back because you could of copied the code to give or sell to someone else.  Ebay is still letting them do the return. Can I do anything g about this? Is there a number to call?

You are not allowed to sell gaming codes on Ebay.

Refund the buyer.

You listed it in the wrong category, you listed it in "Video games" which is why the buyer thought they were receiving a video game.

Edited to add: You listed shipping charges with the method of "Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage®)", allowing you to pocket shipping charges without actually shipping anything.
