Freight liability question?

So in my listing I said shipping was $8.00 each for 42 units ($356) which the customer paid. However, later that day they asked to have it shipped UPS next day and they provided the labels for which I used to get the product to them.
They are now asking for a refund for the $356.
Am I required to give that money back to them? At a minimum e-bay took 10% which was $36. which I don't believe I should have to return to them.
Any help or instances where this has happened to others and what the resolution was would be appreciated.
Thanks

You were not supposed to use the buyer's label. If the label was from their boss's account or on a stolen card you might find out UPS will come after you for the label cost. The buyer has control when they buy the label and they can have the address changed during transit and get a refund from eBay for item not received. Too many things can go wrong when you use someone else's shipping label.

Thanks for the feedback. As it turned out, this transaction went fine, but good to remember for the future.
