Fraudulent shipping label

I ordered a item with free shipping,a tracking # was provided. I tracked the item all the way to my post office. The post office contacted me,that the shipping label was fraudulent. I had to pay 21.60 in shipping to take delivery. Any suggestions on how to handle this. The return address on this package is also invalid according to USPS.

You could have refused the package and filed an INR for a refund.

The seller would have to pay to get their package back from USPS.

If you paid, nothing you can do.
