To cut to the point i bought an a digital item from a seller and suddenly the seller is saying that i got the item and i didnt + i have proofs that he wasnt replying to me and he has none that i took the item from him
Now the issue hes declining to refund my purchase and acting his innocent
So what can i do to whom should i contact for such act and to stop people from buying from him + to refund my money?
