Form 1099-k

I’m having trouble locating my 2024 form 1099-k. It’s not in the location eBay says it should be and I didn’t receive it by mail. Also, the chat is stuck on selling, so I’m not able to contact eBay. Any help or suggestions would be appropriated.

All 1099K forms have been issued for 2024 at this point.

Yes, I’ve been to this location and the form is not there. I definitely had sales of around $10,000, so I should definitely have a 1099-k. 

Do you know how to contact eBay by phone? The online chat is no help.
