I sold an item to a fellow in Hungary and he wanted me to send money to his personal pay pal or he would leave me negative feedback. I refused and he did. Lied in his remarks said te product was used when I purchased it new. I went through all the proper channels and ebay is sideing with him. How can I continue to plead my case? After removing the foil, I found that the disc is not new at all, but in heavily used condition. Page 4 also shows a very rough scratch. So I would have to give an absolutely negative rating. I suppose we were both duped. I try to act correctly so that we don't have any inconvenience. That's why I offer you to refund half of the value of the disk, 33 dollars, to the pay pal account I provided, and we can settle the matter that way.
