For the third time I am sending request to cancel my order and refund my money as I said Today I made order and after 45 seconds I tried to tancel it but I got message said we need to ask the seller is this joke or what only 54 seconds and I couldn't cancel my order and I sent 2 messages to the seller asking him to cancle the order but he not reply so can you tell me what is going on in Amazon someone can cancel the order even after 24 hours not 45 seconds I ask you to cancel the order immediately

Buyers cannot cancel their order, they can only request that the seller cancel the transaction. The seller is NOT obligated to agree to your request to cancel.

Wait until you receive the item and then you can try to file a Return Request.

Just because you can cancel an order on some other site does not mean you should be able to do so on every other site. Each site has it's own rules for returns.

This isn't Amazon. When you purchase an item, you enter into a binding contract to complete the transaction. you can request a cancellation, but the seller is not under any obligation to comply. That's why it's important to decide whether you want the item BEFORE you buy it, not after.

This isn't Amazon and the seller is not required to cancel an order, no matter how soon you ask.

From looking at the feedback you leave, Ebay might not be the best place to buy items.

Look like you not know about eBay website go read claver perso  the buyer can do that if he not exceed hour from the order go read it in eBay after one hour they must ask the seller stupid person

You can put in a request to cancel an order any time, but the seller is not required to cancel it.

You said the seller "he not reply" – do you mean that the seller hasn't declined your request?  Maybe you're in luck.  When you request to cancel an order within an hour of purchase, if the seller neither accepts nor declines for three days, then the request is automatically accepted.

Since you hold out Amazon as your example of excellence, why are you shopping on eBay?  Have you had a problem at the other place?
