I'm selling some custom shoes on eBay, had a pair for sale for like 3 or 4 months. I actually completely forgot that ad was even still up. I finally logged into eBay on my new cell phone and shoot. Someone recently bought them and now, I no longer wish to sell them. If I issue a full refund, will I, the seller, be charged anything at all?
The answer to this question will determine my next move. I can't find a very clear and explicit answer to this. I can't find a direct answer to this question and I've been trying to figure out how to contact support for over an hour and a half on this app going in circles. Somehow, I can't seem to get in touch with anybody. How do I get this question answered. and how the heck does one contact support?!

You sold the shoes 3 weeks ago, did you just realize it?
If you refuse to sell them to the buyer by cancelling the transaction, you will face consequences for being a non-performing seller.
You will receive a defect on your Ebay account, affecting your seller performance and probable negative feedback from the buyer.
