First Class Mail Problems

I am finding that when I send items via first class mail, I am receiving complaints from the buyer that the item was not received, yet I send them a copy of the USPO receipt showing their city and zip.  Is this common?

Are you posting the tracking number on the order?  Some buyers might try to claim item as not received if they don't see a tracking number.  Tracking protects the seller.
