First Class Large Envelope

When listing my item to sell, it qualifies for the Large Envelope shipping @ $1.83.  When item sold the only cheapest label available is $3.90 usps ground advantage.  I can no longer purchase the $1.83 shipping label.  Why?

Im losing money on first class large envelope after item sells.  Listed with shipping @ $1.83.  After item sells, shipping label is $3.90.  Why?

You can not print a label for fist class postage since there is no tracking.  You just hand write the envelope, and use stamps or pay at your PO.  With no tracking, you will have to refund if your buyer says not received.

To use the large envelope, your package must be no more than 3/4" thick, and uniformly thick and flexible.
