Firefox browser redirecting

I have reported this same issue in the past.  It stopped.  But now it is happening again.  Only when browsing ebay my firefox browser is maliciously redirected and I get a popup asking me to download filefox-patch.js.  This is NOT item specific as it occurs when browsing search result summaries and not when on a specific item listing.  So there is no way to simply report this to ebay.  Every "help" option requires a specific item to "report".  I believe this malware is coming from paid ads that ebay is displaying on their site.
