I recently purchased an item from a seller. I asked several times within a five day period for a tracking #. They said as soon as it ships I'll get it. Never did. Now they refunded my money claiming I, the buyer requested it. I did not. I wanted that particular item for my collection. What can I do? Any ideas are appreciated.

but ebay won't force any seller to sell something they don't want to sell to someone.
the seller lied about the reason for the cancellation so they wouldn't get a defect on their account, so report them from the link i gave above
