Fees and Expenses

Hello, I have been getting emails and I have been getting sent messages that I am suppose to give £69.04 to Ebay for Items I did not sell and I shouldn’t be getting charged this much, let alone I shouldn’t be charged in the first place as yes I did put the products up on for Bid or Buy now but no one had Bided or bought the Product and I shouldn’t be charged as also it had said first 3 Products are free of charge also it does not say about any service charge or anything so I should not be getting charged this high.

Fees and Expenses

@king-saif7861   This is volunteer help on the US site.

If you used any optional upgrades such as reserve price then those fees are due even if the item doesn't sell.

Optional upgrades are usually not included in any offers.

You will need to contact the eBay UK customer service to dispute the fees.

1 . https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click "contact us"  Drill down to the topic you need assistance with.

Then on the left hand side select chat with automated assistant.  When the chat box pops up if live help is needed click "see more" then click "contact an agent". This bypasses the chat bot and you can either chat with or get a call back from a real person.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
