Why is it impossible to remove questionable negative feedback from over 1 yr ago

 Looks very bad sitting there with a 100% feedback rating .. 

someone please help , I was told it would go away over a 12 month span by ebay representative but It never went away..

Any help is greatly appreciated

First off you have waited way too long to do this.  Best to address a feedback issue immediately.  At least at over 12 month it drops out of view and is no longer part of your feedback calculations.
