This happens alot:  I sell multiple items, combine shipping, and get only one feedback credit despite buyer left feedback for all items- I think it is very unfair on Ebay's part

Feedback left for multiple items purchased from the same seller within the same week will only count as one feedback. That has been eBay's policy for a long time.

EBay did this because trading feed by buying hundreds of penny items from so they could get lots of feedback short amount  of time.

This is also one of the reasons why new sellers have limits place on them.

I  understand, but it is the policy so there is no way around it. As @rock.star said, eBay did this to stop feedback manipulation on items.  I'm sorry. Here is the policy page on this.
