Buyer left a negative feedback I have resolved the issue and the buyer agreed to revise the negative feedback and the buyer never did and I just keep waiting should I ask ebay to step in for this? Tks

Ebay cannot force the buyer to change their feedback.
You can reply to the feedback in a calm, factual manner.
