Feedback % question

A couple years ago I sold on eBay and had 100% on customer reviews. I just started to sell again and I'm at 0%, is this normal? When I started to list items again it had 100%, or so I thought. I've haven't received any new reviews on the few items I just sold, only one item has been delivered. I know when I look to make a purchase I look at that percentage so having a 0% is not helping me sell items.

Your feedback % is calculated on the last 12 months of feedback. As soon as you receive 1 new feedback either as a buyer or seller, you will be back to 100%.
