I am so frustrated. I email eBay daily but cannot get to a customer service rep who is live. I sold an item and it was returned to me but it was not the item I sold. I filed a report with the police and eBay found that I was not at fault . That was Dec 7. They said they would remove my negative feedback but it’s been 11 days and they have not. I need talk to someone live but eBay is not giving me that option. What can I do to actually talk to someone. I have tried everything .

Use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking on “Chat with our automated assistant” on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. (you may have to do this several times)
You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.

hi there thank you for writing. When I go on the automated assistant and I put agent in, it still asks me what is my concern and then when I put about feedback, then it says you can find everything online. And then it won’t give me the ability to write agent again. What should I do?

Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
You can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
