Feeback rating changed to 0%

I've been on ebay for decades and had a 100% rating up until a few weeks ago. Now it shows 0% on my listings. What changed and how can I fix this?

The feedback percentage is based on the feedback received in the last 12 months.  Since you have not received any feedback in the last 12 months the percentage becomes zero.  Once you receive a feedback the percentage will change.
