I shipped the customer the item by FedX Home shipping and it traveled to the clients home town where it was tagged with a “Delivery Exception item Damaged”. It has been in this status for over 2 weeks. How do I file a claim? When I click on eBays link it just takes me to the login page of FedX. I don’t have a username or password and understand that we use eBays account. Thank you for your input.
