I have not received any package directly to my address in over a year. It either goes to a neighbor several miles away or my neighbor closest to the street. When it gets delivered it is never in a covered area. I have contacted several of my local FedEX stores and told they can’t help me. I read comments from other customers any many have the same issues. Please ask vendors to use UPS or USPS instead.
