( A ) We shipped on time and per buyer's request an item that we MAKE via USPS and it was held up in the Chicago distribution center for weeks, but finally delivered on 12/28/23....
( B ) In the meantime both e-Bay and the buyer demanded that we send a duplicate order, which we did via UPS and it too was delivered on 12/28/23....
( C ) Next the buyer demanded that we send him a check to cover the cost of returning the UPS order, which we did and the buyer returned the UPS order....
( D ) In the meantime both e-Bay and the buyer demanded a refund of the USPS order which e-Bay granted....
Bottom Line: We're still out the proceeds from the USPS order and the buyer still has the item that we MAKE plus this has been explained to e-Bay several times via telephone conversations....
