I mailed an item to a buyer and realized the wrong size was sent. The buyer initiated the return so I could generate a label so she could return it. I went to the original sale and printed a second label and also wrote in the notes that this was an exchange only for size and printed the second label and mailed the correct size. The customer returned the top and all was good. Ebay stepped in and returned the money to the seller for the return. Now I'm out the sale, and two additional labels... Ebay has no way to contact anyone for this type of situation. The only number I could find was actually a scam...
