By all appearances Escrow.com is a band of thieves that eBay has turned loose. My transaction was canceled by eBay and certainly I made a mistake, but new practices by eBay did contribute.
Long story short: they are claiming decisions are being made by a Review Team, and they repeatedly refuse to return MY MONEY over $7000. I'm a retiree, weak on computer skills, and they are abusing me.
