I have tried several times to list Phonak hearing aids, however continue to get error messages. Please advise

I tried changing the condition description field 3 times get the same error message what is the problem?

If the Condition is Open Box, Seller Refurbished, Used, or For Parts or not working, then give more details about that condition in the Condition Description field.

Examples:
Used: In lightly used, working condition with surface scratches.
Open Box: New condition without original box.

Also, I would suggest moving this sentence up to the beginning of the Description so that buyers immediately see it, because many buyers don't read the entire description:
