I ordered something 2 days ago and was checking on it I have the confirmation email and when I click on it and go to it it says there's an error finding my purchase. That sounds bad to me and I can't even speak to a real person so I'm wondering if I'm screwed out of my money because how do you even get a money back guarantee on something they can't even find that I purchased even though I have an email confirming it
