Entering a Pickup Code into the eBay mobile app

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with the above as I have had a buyer send me a pic of pickup QR code on email and the code does not work in the ebay phone app for what every reason. However I do have the six digit number code can anyone tell me how to enter it into the eBay mobile app.

@danmcc31   Go to Selling on the eBay App.
Go to the Sold tab.
Select the Arrange Pickup banner.
Tap the Scan to confirm pickup button.
If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and manually enter it in the app.
