Do i still have to ship a physical copy of egift card because i sent it to the customer a couple days ago but havent been paid because of shipping label

u can mark it as sent from the drop down menu next to the sold item

u can have the buyer message u that they rec'd it

u can have the buyer leave feedback indicating receipt and satisfaction
