I’ve been receiving these type of email that I cannot read. What is this. First one was all Chinese
That appears to be an eBay privacy update message translated into Thai, at least according to Yandex:

I thought it was bogus too and even sent it to spoof@ebay. I didn't get an answer from eBay, but some of the computer experts here said it was legit, just in the wrong language.
