I am a disabled iraq veteran with a traumatic brain injury and I must admit I didn't know canceling a order would count again you. But here the thing on the defects removal site they give lots of reasons to request removal but no matter what they won't remove it, so why have options? It's so they can charge extra money. Has other sellers had problems like this,I think if I sold 237items and canceled 7 that not bad. I had 2 that were beyond my control and they still didn't remove,1 had a backpack with silver wear and it tarnished and I cancelled cause know customer wouldn't want it. And another electronic that I checked when listed and worked but checked before shipping it didn't work, so why have options

Unfortunately, there is no way to appeal cancellation because you did cancel the transactions.
All you can do is get your seller status back above standard. Check your dashboard to see when the oldest cancellations will roll off, or how many additional items you need to sell to get your defect rate down to 2% or less.
https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard Click view monthly breakdown and scroll sideways to see the oldest months. You are measured on a rolling 12 months, so the oldest month falls off and is replaced by the current month.
Some sellers add a small low cost item that they can sell a bunch of quickly, even at no profit if needed, to increase their sales numbers quickly. This brings your defect % down quickly.
Good luck, and thank you for your service 🙂
